When it comes to entertain at home there is one thing that always comes to our minds: the appetizer board. It’s a popular party favorite and very easy to pull together, and when thoughtful arranged can be a great decor to your table. Not to say that’s super tasty and you can combine different types of cheese, jam, crackers, fruits and more!

Check out our tips on how to create the perfect appetizer board!

1.First let’s begin with the essential element: the board. You can choose marble, wood,  chalkboard or a big serving plate, use your creativity.

2.Cheese: choose your favorites and try to include at least 2 types.

3.Protein: salami, prosciutto, smoked salmon, ham. Don’t forget to add a vegetarian option such as hummus.

4. Dips and sauces: Add a sweet taste with chutneys, jams or honey. Also you can add types of antipastos such as caponata, caramelized onions, and many more.

5.Breads: Choose at least 2 types of bread or crackers. Sliced baguettes, bread sticks, pitta bread, crackers. it’s always good to have different textures.

6.Nuts, fruits and more: Last but not least, you can add seasonal dried or fresh fruits, pistachios, vegetables, olives and herbs to give the final touch to your board.
